Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee

The Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee is a standing committee of the Association of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Program Directors (APCCMPD). The Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee is committed to promoting the values of inclusion and equity within the APCCMPD by setting a vision and making recommendations and action plans to create and sustain an actively anti-racist and anti-discrimination community/culture, providing a welcoming and enriching environment for all. The Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee promotes the goals of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion among the community of pulmonary, critical care, and pulmonary/critical care fellowship programs through the creation of educational resources and tools that bring about the cultural, and possibly ethical, changes necessary for fellowship education.
