Cancellation and Refund Policy

Attendees who need to cancel their registration must do so by e-mailing [email protected]. A full refund will be given through January 1, 2018. For cancelations made between January 2-31 2018, an administrative fee of $125 will be charged. No refunds will be given after February 1, 2018. Note: If an attendee does not cancel prior to the start of the conference and does not attend, he/she is still responsible for payment.
