This afternoon workshop is open to Program Directors, Associate Program Directors and Coordinators who are interested in the administrative processes that occur behind the scenes of the fellowship-training program. There will be a strong focus on RRC compliance throughout each of the sessions. The overall goal of this workshop is for participants to gain new organizational tools to help Program Directors improve the quality of the training program from an administrative perspective.

Sharing Best Practices
This interactive discussion will give program participants the opportunity to share best practices and procedures for handling various duties as well as links to important resources. There will be lots of handouts and samples passed around.
Evaluation System Management and Electronic Tools for Organizing your Program
This discussion is based on the various measurement and assessment tools that can be used for the six general competencies. Additionally, there will be discussions about when and how to administer evaluations. Program participants will have the opportunity to talk about different electronic tools such as E-Value, New Innovations, and ERAS.
Preparing for a Site Visit
The accreditation process is a continuous activity for every program and coordinators play a major role. This session will help participants develop systems that satisfy RRC compliance that can be integrated into everyday program activities.
Professional Development for Coordinators
Professional development is a personal journey for each individual. This workshop ends with a discussion of different options for coordinators to challenge themselves and grow personally and professionally in the field of graduate medical education.
